1. The conference will be held at the Naval Academy „Mircea cel Bătrîn”, Constanța (Address: Str. Fulgerului, nr. 1, Constanta)

2. Participants' attire: uniform for military personnel, suit and tie for participants / civilian guests;

3. NCTE-FNR Conference program will be adjusted if the situation requires, with the topics that will be sent later by the guests;

4. Unclassified presentations, administrative details, list of participants and detailed conference program will be available on the Romanian Naval Forces conference website https://www.navy.ro/conferinte/FNR/conferinta_eng.php;

5. For speakers: The power point presentation, the abstract of the topic presented, and the CV (the model of these materials are presented in the “Media” section) will be sent to the email address eugen.domunco@navy.ro until 02.06.2021;

6. 6. The questionnaire for the evaluation of the activity (posted in the “Media” section) will be filled in until the end of the activity and will be sent to the email address eugen.domunco@navy.ro until 28.06.2021;

7. The communications check (Navy VTC, Webex, etc.) will take place on 23.06.2021, starting with 13.00;

8. Measures to prevent and control the effects of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) must be strictly observed during the course of the activities, and must be in force;

9. If the epidemiological situation will not allow the conference to be held with physical participation of the participants, the activity will be carried out in hybrid format and with the support of platforms, computer applications (Navy VTC, Webex, etc.). The technical data for the connection will be sent in due time to the participants on the email addresses provided by them.
